No, a white supremacist is not living in objective reality and neither are trads who are conveniently forgetting that the women's movement of the 70s was in direct response to the stifling, and isolation that so many women of the 50s and 60s experienced. It's leaving out the statistics around how many of those women were on Valium or other prescription drugs to help them cope. It's leaving off the potential financial consequences of being completely economically dependent on someone else - who may leave you for a younger model at some point.
As the author pointed out, it's completely and entirely fine to be a stay at home mom, but idealizing it in a way that is divorced from both history and reality is not.
