No, I don't accept that. Younger men are not the most put upon demographic in the world as they seem to believe, and they need to get a fucking grip and come to terms with their entitlement. I'm so sorry that your unearned cultural centrality is eroding, but quit the whining and get on with business of redefining yourself. Women have been fighting for over 60 years (much longer than that, in truth) to redefine what it means to be a woman in this culture. They still face incredibly pushback to that, including ubiquitous harassment and hazing in some careers simply for being female - and yet, they keep striving, keep working to have it be OK for a woman to be anything that she wants to be, from an underwear model to an astronaut. Men need to do the same for themselves - but they don't really want to. They want to cling to their unearned privileges and whine that it's all women's fault for wanting more equality, and expecting women to fix it for them by making themselves small and unthreatening... And yet, men look at themselves as the "stronger" sex. Give me a break!

Yes, women failing to coddle them will come with some consequences, but that's still ALL the fault of these men, not the women they look at as human givers rather than as human beings. Grow the fuck up, boys! As Darwin noted, it is not the strongest who survives, but the most adaptable.

I'm a bitch, I'm a lover, I'm a child, I'm a mother, I'm a sinner, I'm a saint. I do not feel ashamed. I'm your hell, I'm your dream, I'm nothing in between.
