No, it's not that at all. It's a story about power being misused to maintain traditional privilege at the expense of anyone who is weaker, which quite often was/is women and children, but also weaker men. Patriarchy is a Might Makes Right system that serves the needs and interests of a few elites at the top of the pyramid at the expense of everyone else. Traditionally, the way that kings, warlords, robber barons, etc. got other men on board with this was to offer them power and primacy over those with less social clout (women, other races, slaves, poorer men). It's a dominance HIERARCHY - it's not a slam dunk men always win and women always lose paradigm, and the fact that you think that way is itself a function of patriarchy which is steeped in zero-sum thinking. There's no room for nuance, everything has to be a binary and a win-lose proposition.

Honestly, haven't I said that 10 or 15 times before about the properties of the hierarchy. Do you honestly think I believe that racism is a function of patriarchy because men are inherently evil and no women are racists? Saying things like this that you know aren't true allows you to not have to shift on this topic at all no matter how many times we talk about it.

I'm a bitch, I'm a lover, I'm a child, I'm a mother, I'm a sinner, I'm a saint. I do not feel ashamed. I'm your hell, I'm your dream, I'm nothing in between.
