No, liberal feminism supports women having the choice to be and do whatever they want to without artificial societal constraints on that. She said herself that she didn't like her first husband demanding that she cook and care-take him and she only discovered that she liked to do those things when it was her idea. Sounds like she needed more feminism, not less. She needed to be more empowered to figure out for herself who and what she wanted to be and to not blame that on other people. Lots of women love being stay at home moms and lots of women hate it. Figuring out her own life is her responsibility.
