No problem at all. I do think that in many/most cases oppression or bias is subconscious and so not happening out of malicious intent. It's a part of the expectations of where people "belong" in a hierarchical system. It's always a good idea to take responsibility for one's self. It's the true seat of power, because then you are the one in the driver's seat, but at the same time there are also things that happen to us all which are completely out of our control, particularly when they are a part of the cultures that we are steeped in.
