Nobody can "fix" anybody, but we have the culture that we have because it is largely tolerated. You can help with that.
American men surveyed thought 44 percent of women had experienced sexual harassment in their lives; the actual figure is 81 percent. Realize that it is your problem too. Educate yourself about the realities of the problem. Don't stay quiet when you hear sexist, demeaning, or misogynistic shit because you assume that everyone else around you thinks it's fine. Probably a lot of other guys agree that it's not fine, but if nobody speaks up and says that, it keeps a viscious cycle going where bad stuff is tolerated and a dysfunctional society (that harms men as well) goes on unabated.
