Not at all. One of the reasons I didn't watch the show until last year was worry about that aspect. I remember Jason Mamoa talking about how fun it was to be on the show and "rape beautiful women." I'm glad to hear that the show writers at least tried to not glorify that quite so much.

And the answer to your question is yes, we're still going to have to deal with this for quiet some time because it is deeply baked in.
