Of course individuals won't always agree but we are hardly simply a conglomeration of individuals. We are all parts of culture and of societies that we have helped to co-create (in part by what we as individuals choose to do). Cognitive science tells us that conscious thought is only a tiny fraction of what drives us. We are mostly not "rational" beings but instead highly influenced by the things that are in our subconscious - from childhood indoctrination and observation, from things like stereotypes and the influence of media, as well as general cognitive biases, such as the Fundamental Attribution Error, where people tend to assume that other people's problems are due to their faulty character and their own problems are due to circumstances beyond their control. So-called individuals are highly swayed by their cultures and their subcultures without even realizing it at times.

Alerting people to the notion that there are A) other possibilities and B) some of those other possibilities are already being undertaken in real and concrete ways (for example in the business world) is the way that I seek to influence the free will of individuals and shift the narratives that reside in the subconscious minds of my readers.

I'm a bitch, I'm a lover, I'm a child, I'm a mother, I'm a sinner, I'm a saint. I do not feel ashamed. I'm your hell, I'm your dream, I'm nothing in between.
