Of course some people are better at some things than others, but that doesn't mean that the community doesn't still share equally and care for all - and that everyone contributes in their way. One tribe has a practice called "insulting the meat" where they purposely act like a particularly good hunter is no big deal and that his catch is kind of pitiful so that he won't get too big a head - which might lead him to think he is more important than anyone else.
