Other than the draft thing, which again is due to patriarchal bias about women, you really haven’t presented much of substance here to support your position. Is it possible that your very narrow view of the world means the things that seem real to you are so intangible that they can’t even be supported with citations and data?

This article is about substantive historical legal bias and the ways that it continues to influence the lives of both women and Blacks even after the laws have changed. “Sometimes women talk themselves out of tickets” is hardly on par.
