Other than the fact that the brain is highly plastic and responds to what it is repeatedly exposed to - what it's overwhelmingly exposed to is culture. It's seems highly unlikely to me that white guys who don't grow up in male dominance-related cultures would conform to "white behaviors" rather than the ones of the cultures they are immersed in. But, I'm a social scientist and not a neurologist, so I can't say definitively. That being said, almost nothing in human experience is not influenced by what it encounters in its environment.
