Our culture is only going to truly change if and when men stop saying things like "I didn't do anything" and start realizing that this is a huge part of the problem - that it's the reason this dysfunctional rape culture continues uninterrupted.

There are cultures in the world where rape essentially doesn't exist and it has nothing to do with what the women are wearing and everything to do with how women are treated more generally and how masculinity is constructed in that culture (doesn't involve dominating others and controlling women).
