Patriarchy is at its heart a dominance based hierarchy. It teaches that you have to fight for rank against everyone around you because only one person can "win" in any interpersonal encounter. Instead, we should be looking for ways to create win-win. And no child should ever be hungry or wondering where its next meal is going to come from.
