People often ask high profile women how they balance work and family life. Nobody ever asks a man that - in large part because they don't have to on nearly the same scale. Yes, more dads are doing more in the child-raising department but as you pointed out, statistically they are also often spending a lot of that time doing "the fun stuff" and not the kinds of things that have so many young women thinking hard about whether they want to go that route.
