People who are "hurting" because they don't get to step on others with impugnity anymore isn't the same thing as those who are still suffering discrimination, oppression, or being on the lower rungs of the pyramid of social power. You can pretend there is no such thing as power dynamics or deeply entrenched social stratification, but that would just be a story you are telling yourself to justify those thing.
