Perhaps rape is the wrong term, since that has so much emotion attached to it, but it should be illegal behavior that comes with some kind of consequences if we are going to live in a world that treats body autonomomy as a serious issue. But the problem is, America (where I live) does treat body autonomy very seriously, except when it comes to women. Marital rape wasn't illegal in all 50 states until 1992 - because a man was seen to have a right to his wife's body, with or without her consent. The dregs of this sort of attitude still persist and need to be addressed.

Yes, there is more nuance involved in interpersonal relations than in other types of fraud, which is why I said to Chris that it would require jury instruction as to the finer points.
