Please don't be. My grandmother was a public school teacher married to a factory worker and she had someone come in twice a month to really do a deep cleaning. She taught my mother how important this was and she taught me. Just like all other work of that sort that is too often undervalued, it's not easy or something anyone can do well. And, it frees you up to do other important things like teach your son how to tie his shoes.
