Pointing out the factual and legal inconsistencies - many of which were first stated by a judge in the UK case (which she documented), is hardly dismissing abuse. If you aren't interested in facts, I understand. Most people live in some form of cognitive dissonance, but at least don't attack people who are hurting because of it.
