Republican trolls are going to take whatever a powerful Black woman says out of context and twist it. That's just what they do. Trying to avoid that is pointless and a stupid waste of time. No sensible person should bother, because they aren't her audience or her consitituency.
Ever seen this meme? It's the remarks of 4 powerful women being taken completely out of context (often comments made years before about something entirely different) and photoshopped in front of a fire for the purposes of inciting hatred and divisiveness around the BLM movement. If they could figure out where it originated, they could all sue for defamation, but unfortunately that's just the cost of trying to have your voice heard in this culture.
Politicians who curate everything they say so as not to cause any controversy are not doing their jobs. They are spineless and more worthless than politicians in general.
