Right before we moved, we were planning an MFM with a guy who was a friend of a friend. In other words, we didn't know him all that well. When he opined that the woman takes the lead and is essentially the center of the experience, I knew we'd picked a good play partner. Most depictions I've seen of MFM show the woman essentially servicing 2 men rather than 3 people having an experience, with the woman as the axis of that.
