Sadly, I don't think they are - perhaps in part because misogyny is such a routine aspect of our culture(s) that it doesn't read as alarming to other men. Maybe when they finally clue in to how much the manosphere has an intersection white white nationalism and other far-right ideologies, somebody will care. But then again, there are plenty in our government who support that kind of stuff or at least wouldn't want to lose those people's votes....
