You're justifying that men should be allowed to keep women out of certain fields by harassing them and making them miserable because men have some innate right to do that as men. Sorry, but "men like their unearned privileges and are justified in objectifying women and discrimination against them in order to not have to bother with equality" is not a justifiable or reasonable position.
