So much of thought is subconscious that I am not entirely convinced that there isn't a larger element of showing women "I'm the man" and exhibiting a form of aggression than they are admitting to. Women keep begging and pleading with men to cut that shit out and they keep doing it anyhow. I don't think that's entirely without meaning.
