So, you're actually telling me that most women in their 20s aren't dating because they are just waiting around to see if the "top guys" will finally want them? Really.... that's your claim. Pfft! Of course everyone lusts after those who are not exactly "in their league" but the only people I hear whining about that are young men, who seem to believe they are entitled to those women.

Dating apps are made up of somewhere between 70% and 90% men, so yes, on those the "cream of the crop" has the best chance of getting their pick but that's just supply and demand, and it's not where most people actually meet the people they actually date. Young people do tend to meet more often online, but there’s no data that supports that “average” women aren’t a part of that pool because they are hoping the “top guys” will notice them. In real life, there are all sorts of people who are paired up - of all sizes, shapes, and economic levels - and not just from age 30 onward. Again, go to the fricking mall. It's right there in front of everyone's eyes.

“Among those who are married or in a relationship, meeting through friends or family is the most popular way to have met their partner. But meeting online is common among younger adults and those who are lesbian, gay or bisexual (LGB).”

Women are dating less, but it’s not because they are waiting for the 6/6/6 guys to finally notice them. The realities of this just don’t add up to the narrative.

I'm a bitch, I'm a lover, I'm a child, I'm a mother, I'm a sinner, I'm a saint. I do not feel ashamed. I'm your hell, I'm your dream, I'm nothing in between.
