Some women, or some people is not everyone. There are plenty of people in the world who respect men who show vulnerability or talk about their struggles. It's a feature of "traditional" masculinity that absolutely needs to shift more, but there are places out there where you can be yourself and can get support. I really do encourage you to seek out such places and to reframe your mindset around this topic.
