Sure, women like a good looking guy, but if he's got a crappy personality, most (but not all) women are more likely to be more interested in the one with the great sense of playfulness, who is genuinely interested in her, who can flirt, and make her feel something that she wants to feel. This is something most guys can learn and cultivate. Just because men primarily care about looks doesn't mean it's the same for women. Tinder isn't real life - it's 75-90% men competing for 10-25% women who have the supply/demand ability to filter out all but the guys who don't "show" as optimally online.
