Taking care of an elderly parent certainly is it's own kind of adventure. I'm happy to have this time with my mom, but it's one of the hardest things I've ever done in a life kind of full of hard things. Wishing you all the best with that and that you'll find a good spot for yourself when it's time for the next phase. We love where we live in many respects, but have only met a couple of people that we really connect with on anything but a superficial level.
