Thank you and I totally agree that even white liberals are often guilty of upholding the social system we've all been indoctrinated into - a patriarchal dominance hierarchy. So much of what we all do comes from implicit and subconscious places, and even people who have a conscious belief in equality can be run by their unconscious cultural programming. I think that being more thoughtful about what we do and say, and spending less time following the crowd, is one way to decouple, at least a little from that.
