Thank you and thanks for your comment. I think this is true of a lot of men - that they just accept that this is the "game" and never think to question whether another one might be desirable or even possible. I hope to write something about this in the near future because it is an issue that I run into a lot where men just reflexively defend the system even when they acknowledge that it has often harmed them.

Sorry to hear about the PTSD, but also not surprised. War goes against everything that is truly adaptive to human beings.
