Thank you! Paleolithic societies had a lot going for them as far as social cohesion and egalitarianism. It was otherwise a pretty harsh life, filled with accidental death, a lot of exposure to the weather conditions, and other hardships. Average life expectancy was about 35 years. At least they tried to take care of each other though.
