Thank you for the mention. I was thrilled to learn a few years ago of the HSP designation since it helped me to make better sense of the way that I had always been (and had often been told had something wrong with it). I completely agree that vulnerability is a super-power that takes great strength and discernment to wield and that it is the main hope of our species survival.
