Thanks - and I agree about the denialism. It's a way to change the subject and never have to do anything or take any responsibility for the culture. But if this stuff is only being done by a very small number of bad apples, how come nearly every woman has experienced it? Clearly there is a societal disconnect going on that they don't want to face.
