Thanks, and I hear you. Anger is useful and quite often justified, particularly in the face of complacency around horrors, but I do find getting overly negatively enmeshed in scenarios you cannot change to ultimately be disempowering. We must do what we can, speak out when it matters, and in the end, try to spend the bulk of our energy in healing and changing ourselves - or so I believe.
