Thanks Byron. There are women who like rougher sex, but a huge part of the BDSM ethic is consent and making clear beforehand what is on and off the table. The sub should be the one who is ultimately holding the most power, but that isn't what is shown in that sort of porn - it's abuse, and the fact that this is getting conflated with sexy is a problem. The "lover route" is always a good way to go.
