Thanks for sharing that. The part about being a bully as part of the job is just sickening, and it no doubt attracts not only people who really want to serve their communities like Don and my partner Nat, but also attracts people who want a license to be a bully into that job. It's kind of the worst elements of the dominance hierarchy masquerading as public safety.
