Thanks for your thoughts and I so agree - this is the culture we have all inherited and been brought up in. But noticing the "fragility behind the dominant exterior" is a good first step. Katz's book is first and foremost for men - as is The Will to Change - although I absolutely got a lot out of both.

You're right, we need to find ways to change the culture together, because it harms us all.
