Thanks for your thoughts and I totally agree that this kind of patriarchal narrative that women are intrinsically so very different from men, and aren't "designed" to fight or kill is absurd and historically inaccurate. Nobody is "designed" to kill - it takes a lot of training and indoctrination to create soldiers and even then, even a lot of soldiers never kill anyone. It's estimated that tens of thousands of bullets were fired for each Vietnamese soldier who was killed.

But, at the same time, it's a common cliche that a woman will turn into a fierce momma bear if you try to hurt her kids.
