Thanks Jim. Your piece the other day about the young man you have mentored, as well as the incident at the door with Evan, got me thinking it was time to write about it. It really is value-neutral (good term) until you decide to act on those impulses. I know there are young people who find the attentions of older suiters flattering, but from my perspective, it’s just not appropriate at all and is predatory.
