That "skit" was written by a guy (most TV writers are men) based on misogynistic cultural narratives that have little basis in reality - for a laugh. It's about as funny and as appropriate as a skit about Asian drivers. I have an issue with yet more bashing women for shit they haven't actually done, claiming that's proof of anything, and ignoring actual input from relationship experts as well as from actual women. It's hateful and simply a way for you and men like you to scapegoat women.
The fact that you can't figure out why that would bother me without it being spelled out; don't understand the difference between looking like a homeless person and not looking like a movie star; and can't grasp the difference between not feeling attracted to someone and finding them creepy means you really don't know squat about women and should perhaps take some time to listen and learn.
