That will work fine when we get to a culture where women don't have to constantly worry about their safety with men and where women behaving assertively isn't viewed by a lot of guys as "unfeminine." Until we get there, men can practice being decent human beings.

And FYI, I can't read your mind. I only have your words to go on. Try being a little more clear because that was not at all what I thought you meant. “See if she can do better” when you’ve highlighted dominant, assertive, confident, etc. indicates you wonder if she can do better than a guy like that. For the most part, women aren’t trying to act assertive, and dominant in the context of relating to men either, so therein is my confusion.
