That's a tough one and I can see both sides of it. I might well have felt differently if he had told me up front that he was keeping our relationship from his wife in that the lying to me through omission was worse (for me) than the lying to her through omission. Still, I really want my relationships to be as honest as possible. And, I get that there is a lot of societal consequences and push back to that as well, so it's not always easy.
