"Let's keep fostering harmful stereotypes, even though they go against everything that we stand for, because after all, they are kinda true." And "we" refers to The Good Men project, and not to you, since clearly you are not at all bothered by stereotypes which lock people into whatever is socially appropriate for their gender.
