That’s the world that I live in — at least as relates to my partners, girlfriend and other lovers. That’s been kind of my point. 😁My other partner lives far away and has a busy life, as well as his own nesting partner and children. I have had to learn to have a less anxious and demanding attachment style in order to make that work with him. I’ve learned to let him love me the way that he does instead of the way that feels best to me.

My/our girlfriend very much has her own life and we just see each other and talk to each other when we do. We have a fabulous time, and then go about our separate lives. We treat each other with respect and simply share our lives in a way that works for each relationship. James and I have the benefits of a stable and long lasting pair bond, but also the fun and enjoyment of spending time with other people. We have an abundance or love, caring, connection, sex and companionship. We’ve both never been happier. And again, perhaps it’s not for everyone, but it would sure be a better world if there was more of that energy in it.
