The procedure also reduces by 30 percent the risk of contracting herpes and human papilloma virus (HPV), two pathogens believed to cause cancer of the penis."

50% less chance of contracting HIV is not not minimal, and neither is 30% less chance of HPV.

You seem to be wanting to engage in a largely one-sided argument. I'm not advocating for circumcision. I'm simply stating facts which I believe are a relevant part of the decision - ones which you keep dismissing without even knowing what they are based on how you assume it is.
