The Bible also says that divorce is a sin, that you shouldn't eat shrimp or other shellfish, that you shouldn't wear clothing made of more than one fibre, that it's fine to sell your daughter into slavery, that men can have multiple wives and concubines, etc. Leviticus 19:27 says that you shouldn't trim your hair or your beard. Why do you insist on this "sinful" practice?

Cherry picking verses that go against the actual message of Christ of loving your neighbor as yourself is completely misguided. Focus on your own life and your own salvation and let God sort out the rest.
