The Department of Justice statistics all say that out of 1,000 rapes that only 6 perpetrators even go to jail. The British study I cited says that most false accusations are never even reported to the police or even result in an arrest. The overwhelming evidence is that rape is commonplace, and even those who admit to doing it rarely suffer many consequences. Ergo, very few men who are falsely accused end up in jail, because very few men who are properly accused end up in jail.
By the way, you really do need to improve your reading skills. The JAMA story clearly indicates that 1 in 16 are forced, which includes verbal coercion, and they specifically did not use the term rape, although coercive sex, even if it is verbal coercion is still essentially rape.
We could round and round with me providing you with ever more detailed data, and you’re still going to find a way to believe whatever it is that you already believe, so I’m out…..
