The difference is the government is not mandating food choices and shaming and punishing those who have genuine concerns. There’s also no prohibition against suing food manufacturers like there is against suing pharmaceutical companies. We don’t have a special Food Injury Fund that is financed by taxpayer money and a special Food Injury Court to handle the instances where there are issues.

I really don’t understand why this is such a black and white issue for so many people when it’s clearly a very nuanced one that would benefit from a lot more open dialogue. I’ve not once advocated for people not vaccinating. I’ve said I’d like to see more transparent information and better practices. And if your ultimate goal is to get more people on board with vaccination, that’s what it’s going to take. Not you shaming and belittling them.
