The women themselves reported that was why they were getting divorced — repeatedly, in droves, in studies done by actual researchers. Causation! It was further confirmed by the marriage counselor who wrote this OP. He ought to know since he reported that he sees this dynamic all of the time.
You can be right or you can be in better relationships. It’s a law of nature, like gravity. It has nothing to do with me, except that I am reporting it.
