There are hundreds of thousands of children in foster care as it stands today. In addition to that, adoption is often a traumatic process for the child, even when they go to a loving home. Pretending that adoption is somehow a reasonable answer is yet another way that pro-birthers refuse to grapple with the pragmatics in favor of their ideological stance. What that woman and others like her "envisions" has little bearing on reality. Their "care" for women doesn't actually translate into better lives for women or the children they are forced to bear against their will. For that reason, I feel completely and entirely justified in judging and condemning them.
