There's a difference between being able to survive without men and wanting to have them in your life. Women can absolutely survive and always have been able to since the dawn of time, but that doesn't mean that they don't want the real partnership (not the leadership) of men. That's not feminism - it's anthropology and actual human history. As a social scientist, I object to people inventing evolutionary dynamics that have no basis in science.

As I said before, you've interspersed reasonable advice that could apply to anyone with absurd outdated rhetoric aimed at making men feel relevant. What you're glossing over is that good men are relevant without having to be "leaders." By its very definition, the term leader means hieararchy. You don't get to redefine it to mean something else just because you want to.

I'm a bitch, I'm a lover, I'm a child, I'm a mother, I'm a sinner, I'm a saint. I do not feel ashamed. I'm your hell, I'm your dream, I'm nothing in between.
